Terms & Conditions for The Magnetic Man Program
This Agreement is between you (the participant) and Unite Humanity, LLC (EIN: 85-2485306), and relates to your participation in our program known as ‘THE MAGNETIC MAN.’
Coaching Disclaimer
I acknowledge that in no way is manifestation and visibility coaching to be construed as psychological counseling, therapy, or medical advice. Coaching results are not guaranteed. I enter the manifestation and visibility coaching with the full understanding that I am responsible for creating my own results.
Program Content & Intellectual Property
As a participant of ‘THE MAGNETIC MAN’ program, you understand that all information, techniques, skills, and concepts shared by speakers and trainers—including online videos and audio recordings, training materials, manuals, information, checklists, documents, websites, and other materials—are the exclusive property of UNITĒ, Unite Humanity, LLC, and THE MAGNETIC MAN.
These materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. They may only be used for your personal educational purposes and non-commercial use.
🚫 No Teaching, Coaching, or Commercial Use
You explicitly agree that:
The program, including all methods, frameworks, tools, and materials, is provided solely for your personal development.
You will not use any portion of this program, its contents, or teachings for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
coaching clients,
delivering workshops,
creating your own programs,
training, counseling, or advising others in a professional capacity.
You also agree not to incorporate, reproduce, adapt, or integrate any portion of this program into services, products, or content you offer to clients or the public without prior written permission and a separate licensing agreement.
Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your access to the program without refund. UNITĒ, Unite Humanity, LLC, and THE MAGNETIC MAN reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
Confidentiality & Community Standards
During sessions, you may be included in discussions that involve confidential or sensitive information. Please respect all participants by not discussing these details outside the sessions.
The program materials, along with any usernames and passwords provided, are confidential and must not be given to or shared with anyone outside of the program community.
Participants agree to conduct themselves appropriately and ethically throughout the program. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, UNITĒ, Unite Humanity, LLC, and THE MAGNETIC MAN reserve the right to cancel your membership.
Recordings & Usage
We may record, edit, and upload live sessions or events to our website or deliver them to you directly for access during your membership. By participating, you acknowledge these sessions may be used in future products or for marketing purposes.
Payment Terms & No Refunds
‘THE MAGNETIC MAN’ program is a 6-week program, which includes 6 live group calls, recorded trainings, scripts, templates, audios, and activations.
Your payment is either:
One single payment of $1,997 USD, or
Three monthly installments of $777 USD.
There are no cancellations or refunds. Should your credit card expire, you are required to supply new details to complete the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access to the program and associated groups until your account is up to date.
Program Variations & No Guarantees
We reserve the right to vary this agreement and the program itself, revise content, or make any other reasonable changes as needed.
No representations or warranties are made regarding the results to be obtained from participating in ‘THE MAGNETIC MAN.’ The content does not guarantee or imply any specific personal, medical, or financial outcomes. Your well-being and life results depend on many factors outside our control.
