Terms & Conditions for The Magnetic Man Program
This Agreement is between you (the participant) and Unite Humanity, LLC (EIN: 85-2485306), and relates to your participation in our program known as ‘THE MAGNETIC MAN.’
Coaching Disclaimer
I acknowledge that in no way is manifestation and visibility coaching to be construed as psychological counseling, therapy, or medical advice. Coaching results are not guaranteed. I enter the manifestation and visibility coaching with the full understanding that I am responsible for creating my own results.
Program Content & Intellectual Property
As a participant of ‘THE MAGNETIC MAN’ program, you understand that all information, techniques, skills, and concepts shared by speakers and trainers—including online videos and audio recordings, training materials, manuals, information, checklists, documents, websites, and other materials—are the exclusive property of UNITĒ, Unite Humanity, LLC, and THE MAGNETIC MAN.
These materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. They may only be used for your personal educational purposes and non-commercial use.
🚫 No Teaching, Coaching, or Commercial Use
You explicitly agree that:
The program, including all methods, frameworks, tools, and materials, is provided solely for your personal development.
You will not use any portion of this program, its contents, or teachings for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
coaching clients,
delivering workshops,
creating your own programs,
training, counseling, or advising others in a professional capacity.
You also agree not to incorporate, reproduce, adapt, or integrate any portion of this program into services, products, or content you offer to clients or the public without prior written permission and a separate licensing agreement.
Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your access to the program without refund. UNITĒ, Unite Humanity, LLC, and THE MAGNETIC MAN reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
Confidentiality & Community Standards
During sessions, you may be included in discussions that involve confidential or sensitive information. Please respect all participants by not discussing these details outside the sessions.
The program materials, along with any usernames and passwords provided, are confidential and must not be given to or shared with anyone outside of the program community.
Participants agree to conduct themselves appropriately and ethically throughout the program. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, UNITĒ, Unite Humanity, LLC, and THE MAGNETIC MAN reserve the right to cancel your membership.
Recordings & Usage
We may record, edit, and upload live sessions or events to our website or deliver them to you directly for access during your membership. By participating, you acknowledge these sessions may be used in future products or for marketing purposes.
Payment Terms & No Refunds
‘THE MAGNETIC MAN’ program is a 6-week program, which includes 6 live group calls, recorded trainings, scripts, templates, audios, and activations.
Your payment is either:
One single payment of $1,497 USD, or
Two monthly installments of $765 USD.
There are no cancellations or refunds. Should your credit card expire, you are required to supply new details to complete the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access to the program and associated groups until your account is up to date.
Program Variations & No Guarantees
We reserve the right to vary this agreement and the program itself, revise content, or make any other reasonable changes as needed.
No representations or warranties are made regarding the results to be obtained from participating in ‘THE MAGNETIC MAN.’ Results are not guaranteed. The content does not guarantee or imply any specific personal, medical, or financial outcomes. Outcomes vary by individual. Your well-being and life results depend on many factors outside our control. The ‘THE MAGNETIC MAN’ provides education and coaching to support personal growth. This program does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Please consult a licensed professional for mental health concerns.
Events, Hosts, and Third-Party Offerings
From time to time, the Website and any related mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”) may display, list, or otherwise facilitate access to events, gatherings, activities, or experiences (collectively, “Events”) that may be organized, hosted, or operated by third parties, including other users of the Platform (each, a “Host”). Events may include both Events originally created by the Company and Events created or managed entirely by Hosts or other third parties.
You acknowledge and agree that, unless we expressly state in writing that a particular Event is organized by the Company, all information related to an Event – including, without limitation, descriptions, dates, times, locations, pricing, capacity, restrictions, suitability, and availability – is provided solely by the applicable Host or third party and not by the Company. Hosts are solely responsible for (i) the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information they provide about any Event; (ii) obtaining and maintaining any and all permits, licenses, consents, insurance, and other authorizations required to offer, promote, or conduct any Event; and (iii) the safety, quality, and conduct of the Event itself, including any venue, activities, and personnel involved.
The Company does not and is under no obligation to screen, pre-approve, monitor, or supervise Hosts, attendees, venues, or Events, and does not conduct background checks, safety inspections, or other due diligence with respect to any Host, attendee, venue, or Event. The inclusion of any Event on or through the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by the Company of such Event, Host, or any related person, product, or service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, regarding any Event or any information provided by a Host or other third party, including, without limitation, any representation or warranty as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, legality, safety, suitability, or quality. Any reliance you place on Event information, whether provided on the Platform or via linked third-party sites, is strictly at your own risk.
Your decision to attend, participate in, or engage with any Event is entirely voluntary and made at your own discretion. You understand that participation in Events may involve inherent and unforeseeable risks, including, without limitation, the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss or harm. By choosing to attend or participate in any Event, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all such risks associated with that Event, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or in any way related to the Event, the Host, other attendees, or the venue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that the Company shall not be liable for, and you hereby release and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against, any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) any Event that is not directly organized by the Company; (ii) any act or omission of any Host, venue, service provider, or other attendee; (iii) any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or misrepresentation in Event information provided by a Host or other third party; or (iv) your attendance at, participation in, or decision to travel to or from any Event.
Nothing in this section is intended to, nor shall it, limit any liability of the Company that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability (if any) arising from the Company’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
