Unitē Expert: Richard Arden

Richard Arden is a certified Integral Life Coach helping LGBTQ+ humans get “uncaged,” and provides guidance, mentorship and support to help them reach new levels in their personal and professional lives. Richard’s coaching technique takes an integral approach to changing your life. His coaching is called integral because it includes everything about you and your world. This includes what you are aware of along with your potential. His coaching brings forth a view of you that includes how you represent yourself and also investigates your social world, habits, relationship with your body, the quality of self-care, the amount of attention and energy available to take on change, and much more. With more than 30 years of experience in leadership, personal development, corporate environments, spirituality, and mentoring, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge to his coaching work. He received his certification as an Integral Life Coach from New Ventures West, an Accredited Coach Training Program in San Francisco, California. Richard lives in West Hollywood, California with his mini-schnauzer, Murphy. When he is not working, Richard enjoys DJing and spending time with his close circle of friends.
