Meet Nathan

Offering a warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapy experience

Do you feel stuck in your patterns of thought and behavior? Do you feel like there must be a better way to live as an individual and in relationships? Do you struggle to live with the impacts of depression, anxiety, or ADHD? You are not alone and I'm here to help. So much of how you experience yourself, others, and the world can be understood through experiences you had within your family, school, and culture. Understanding these influences and the ideas that they made reality, can free up space for you to choose your own experiences and relationships.

In therapy with me, you can expect a warm, compassionate, and collaborative experience, in which we will explore your understanding of yourself, others, and your place in the world. We will look for what is truly important to you, and find ways for you to live a life that aligns with those ideals.

I specialize in working with people within the BIPOC and LGBTQ communities and all are welcome here. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or for a free 15-minute consultation. I hope that you find the healing you are looking for and if I can be of help to you in any way please don't hesitate to reach out.
